Amazfit October 2026 Roadmap
Testing roadmap
October 2026
Paid traffic and the homepage are not selling the same watch. The first screens hide the price, the rating, and the purchase control, while the finished shipping line and the HSA review show up later. These tests put the watch, the price, and the proof on the screen the shopper actually sees.
T-Rex 3 Pro first screen
On the 4 Oct 2026 mobile capture, the first screen is the black compass-face photo and the title T-Rex 3 Pro. The rating 4.7 / 152 Reviews and $399.99 start on the next screen, and those three screens never show a purchase control. The test shortens the photo so that screen also holds the rating, $399.99, Tactical Black (48mm), the swatches, and Add to cart.
The first screen gains the rating, the price, the color, and Add to cart. Concept illustration only. Final design will differ.
Homepage hero
The homepage first screen is a watch-interior photo, the words Vivid 1.32” Amoled Display, and a white pill, Explore T-Rex Dual Solar, with no price and no stars. The T-Rex Dual Solar page has no readable reviews, while T-Rex 3 Pro shows 4.7 / 152 Reviews at $399.99. The test puts the compass-face photo, that title, that price, that rating, and a pill labeled Explore T-Rex 3 Pro in the hero.
The hero sells T-Rex 3 Pro at $399.99 instead of T-Rex Dual Solar with no price. Concept illustration only. Final design will differ.
Balance 3 top bar
The top bar on the Balance 3 page says Order the New T-Rex Dual Solar over a silver watch at 10:09. The page under it is Balance 3 at $369.99-$449.99, with the line Gym. Running. Recovery. One Watch. The test changes only that bar to Balance 3. Gym. Running. Recovery. One Watch.
The top bar names Balance 3 instead of T-Rex Dual Solar. Concept illustration only. Final design will differ.
All-Around collection cards
The live collection shows All-Around Products, 3 products, FILTER AND SORT, and cards for Balance Ultra at $599.99 with 9 total reviews, Balance 3 from $369.99 with 40 total reviews, and Balance 2 at $299.99 with 109 total reviews. The test gives the cards clearer name, price, and review proof.
The two watches on the first screen gain the names and prices already on those products. Concept illustration only. Final design will differ.
T-Rex 3 Pro shipping line
The captured T-Rex 3 Pro screen cuts the shipping card off at Congratulations! You've got free. The cart drawer finishes that same line: Congratulations! You've got free FedEx shipping. The test places the full sentence under $399.99 and drops the cut-off card.
The cut-off shipping card becomes the full FedEx sentence under the price. Concept illustration only. Final design will differ.
Rating and one HSA review
The rating screen shows 4.7 / 152 Reviews above $399.99 and no quote. Further down, Jeremiah B., verified, 4 Sep 2026, writes: I like that I was able to use my HSA debit card. The test places that one line between the rating and the price.
One HSA review sits between 4.7 / 152 Reviews and $399.99. Concept illustration only. Final design will differ.
Cart accessory row
Cart drawer
The captured drawer is titled Your cart. It lists T-Rex 3 Pro, Tactical Black (48mm), at $399.99 and T-Rex Dual Solar at $649.99. Free FedEx shipping is already at 100%, the subtotal is $1,049.98, and no accessory row sits above that subtotal. The test adds Sport Silicone Straps (20/22mm) at $19.99 with its live product photo between Dual Solar and the subtotal.
An accessory row uses Sport Silicone Straps (20/22mm) at $19.99 and changes the subtotal to $1,069.97. Concept illustration only. Final design will differ.
Paid creative and product photo
Paid social creative for T-Rex 3 Pro
One paid creative shows a gold-bezel face at 10:09, with FSA and HSA copy and Shop Now. Another shows a black watch with the words T-Rex 3 Pro and a medal. Both open Tactical Black (48mm), whose page hero is the black compass face at $399.99. The test changes only the photos to that compass face and keeps the offer text.
Both creatives use the compass-face hero already on the Tactical Black page. Concept illustration only. Final design will differ.
Biggest Killers of Conversion Rate
- The first screen does not sell the watch paid traffic names. T-Rex 3 Pro is $399.99, but the captured first screen has no price and no purchase control, and the homepage pill is Explore T-Rex Dual Solar with no price.
- Proof of the product and fear of the company sit on different sites. The PDP shows 4.7 / 152 Reviews. The Trustpilot file copied the same day is 33 of 42 one-star, mostly support, returns, and water-warranty fights. The free-shipping sentence is complete in the cart and cut off on the captured PDP.
- Speed and the collection grid tax the same visit. Mobile LCP was 19.0 s on the homepage and 8.4 s on the T-Rex 3 Pro PDP on 4 Oct 2026, and the only captured All-Around screen shows two photos with no names and no prices.
Meta Ads and Landing Pages
- FSA and HSA creative has run since 18 Apr 2026, uses Shop Now, and lands on T-Rex 3 Pro, Tactical Black (48mm), at $399.99. The photo is a gold-bezel face at 10:09. The landing hero is a black compass-face watch.
- A second creative, running since 22 May 2026, shows a black watch with the words T-Rex 3 Pro and a medal. The page repeats the tough-materials line. The landing hero is the compass face, not that medal photo. Both creatives use the same variant.
- Balance 3 creative has run since 4 Jul 2026. The card text is Amazfit Balance 3. The landing screen shows Balance 3 at $369.99-$449.99 and Gym. Running. Recovery. One Watch. The top bar says Order the New T-Rex Dual Solar.
- The three captured T-Rex 3 Pro screens do not show a purchase control. On the live page the product form and the sticky cart both label that control Add to cart. Tactical Black (48mm) was in stock at $399.99. Black Gold (48mm) was unavailable.
Google Ads
- The transparency view is in Bulgarian and the region control shows Bulgaria, so this is not a confirmed US set. Visible cards are text ads from ZEPP NORTH AMERICA INC with the display URL us.amazfit.com/.
- Visible lines include Reliable, smart, and attractive Amazfit helps you Up Your Game, and a water-resistant watch with GPS, altimeter, booster, and compass. No price, promo code, FSA, HSA, or Balance 3 is on these cards.
- T-Rex 3 Pro appears only as the sitelink Explore T-Rex 3 Pro, not as a headline. Format is text plus a small logo. No product photo.
Reviews and UGC
- Of 42 Trustpilot reviews copied from amazfit.com on 4 Oct 2026, 33 are 1 star, 4 are 2 stars, 1 is 3 stars, and 4 are 5 stars. That mix is not a TrustScore and it is not the on-site 4.7 / 152 Reviews.
- The T-Rex Dual Solar page had no readable reviews that day. A live recheck still found no review text on that page.
- Battery is the praise. Marcel still gets 8 to 9 days with features on and will not go back to charging an Apple Watch every day. Hillel Koren, on Active 2 Round, says the battery lasts 5 to 7 days.
- The hard complaints are support with no reply, swim use inside a stated rating followed by a warranty denial, and a direct-site order that later drew a FedEx duties bill.
Page Speed Insights
- Homepage, mobile, 4 Oct 2026 at 15:50 Sofia time: performance 52, LCP 19.0 s, CLS 0.021.
- T-Rex 3 Pro PDP, mobile, no variant query, 4 Oct 2026 at 15:51 Sofia time: performance 54, LCP 8.4 s, CLS 0.005.
- CLS is already low on both URLs. Desktop scores and INP were not in the notes. T-Rex Dual Solar and Balance 3 were not scored.
Site Screenshots
- Homepage fold 1 currently shows the FSA/HSA Eligible bar, bag badge 2, Vivid 1.32” Amoled Display, and the pill Explore T-Rex Dual Solar. No price and no stars.
- The live All-Around collection shows All-Around Products, 3 products, FILTER AND SORT, and named cards with prices. It lists Balance Ultra at $599.99, Balance 3 from $369.99, and Balance 2 at $299.99.
- The cart drawer lists T-Rex 3 Pro, Tactical Black (48mm), at $399.99 and T-Rex Dual Solar at $649.99. Free FedEx shipping is at 100%. Subtotal is $1,049.98. Buttons are View cart and Check out. Adding those two live variants again totaled $1,049.98.
Community Research
- Findings are directional. No engagement counts were available.
- DC Rainmaker, 22 Sep 2026, says real-world solar gain on T-Rex Dual Solar was basically negligible, about 2% to 3% from a full day in the sun, and that the rear panel overheated in 80 to 90 F weather. That claim is not in the review file. The Dual Solar page had no readable reviews.
- The Verge, 23 Sep 2026, describes the $649.99 model. The US cart shows T-Rex Dual Solar at $649.99, the same price.
Competitor Research
- Prices below are what published reviews said on 4 Oct 2026. They were not rechecked on Garmin, Coros, Polar, or Apple product pages.
- Wareable says Garmin Fenix 8 starts at $999. TechRadar calls the T-Rex 3 Pro a value alternative to Fenix 8 and Apple Watch Ultra 3, and prices the Ultra 3 at $799 in the US.
- That same TechRadar review says the T-Rex 3 Pro has no ECG, crash detection, third-party apps, or LTE.
