Baked Bags
August 2026
Paid traffic reaches pages that load slowly and sometimes lose the promise that earned the click. This roadmap fixes the performance foundation first, then makes the CONED purchase path clearer, easier to act on, and closer to the language customers already use.

Testing Roadmap
Eight focused ideas, sequenced from urgent performance repairs to clearer offers, safer product guidance, persistent purchase access, and sharper paid-search messaging.
PDP Core Web Vitals
The CONED PDP records an 18.5-second LCP and 53.3-second Time to Interactive on mobile. A shopper can reach the buy box before the page responds to taps. The fixed experience prioritizes the product, price, selection controls, and Add to Cart action so the buying surface becomes usable first.
* The essential buy box becomes usable before secondary page content. Concept illustration only. Final design will differ.
Homepage Core Web Vitals
The homepage records an 8.1-second LCP and 49.2-second Time to Interactive on mobile. The main product promise and Shop Legal THC action can appear before the page is ready to respond. The fixed experience prioritizes the hero product image, headline, and CTA before the product grids and secondary modules.
* The homepage hero and primary CTA load before secondary merchandising. Concept illustration only. Final design will differ.
CONED Subscription Option
Subscription-focused paid traffic reaches a landing page and CONED buy box with no matching subscription purchase option in the collected screenshots. The promise disappears at the decision point. The variation adds a clear subscribe-and-save choice with free shipping and broader subscriber-benefit language beside the existing one-time and Bundle & Save options.
* A subscription choice carries the paid-traffic promise into the CONED buy box. Concept illustration only. Final design will differ.
Serving-Size Callout
The buy box lists potency and pack totals but does not state serving size in plain language. One verified customer ate an entire cone after reading the serving cue as “1.” The variation adds “1 Cone = 1 Serving (25MG)” in the existing benefit list at the point of purchase.
* Plain-language serving guidance joins the existing potency bullets. Concept illustration only. Final design will differ.
Homepage Countdown Position
The federal-ban countdown currently appears before the hero headline and primary offer. It asks for urgency before the shopper sees the product value. The variation keeps the exact banner copy but moves it beneath the headline, subhead, and Shop Legal THC button.
* Product value and the primary CTA lead; the existing countdown follows. Concept illustration only. Final design will differ.
Sticky Add to Cart
The primary Add to Cart button sits inline below the bundle selector, and no persistent CTA appears in the three collected PDP folds. Shoppers who continue into descriptions and reviews lose direct access to purchase. The variation keeps a compact product thumbnail, $39.99 price, and Add to Cart action visible after the buy box scrolls away.
* A compact purchase bar stays visible through product details and reviews. Concept illustration only. Final design will differ.
Ice-Cream Pairing
At least three of 20 collected CONED reviews independently mention pairing the cones with real ice cream, but that use case does not appear in the collected ads, landing pages, or PDP. The variation brings that customer-led idea into the buy box with the line “Customer favorite: pair with real ice cream.”
* Customer language turns an organic ice-cream pairing into a visible product use case. Concept illustration only. Final design will differ.
Google Search Offer Copy
The reviewed search ads use generic “shop now” framing and show no price or discount. Offer-focused paid creative uses specific numbers such as $39.99 and 33% off. The variation tests that same pricing clarity in search with “4 Flavors for $39.99” and “Save 33%.”
* Generic search copy becomes a specific CONED price-and-savings offer. Concept illustration only. Final design will differ.
Biggest Killers of Conversion Rate
- The homepage takes 49.2 seconds and the CONED PDP takes 53.3 seconds to become interactive on mobile. This performance problem sits beneath every other funnel stage.
- Subscription-focused paid traffic reaches landing pages and a CONED buy box with no visible subscription or rewards purchase option.
- A verified customer over-consumed after the serving-size cue was unclear, while the PDP buy box states potency and pack totals without saying “1 cone = 1 serving.”
Data Sources Used
What the Data Shows
Meta Ads and Landing Pages

- Offer-focused traffic promising “Save 33% on Cones Variety Packs. 4 flavors for $39.99” reaches a landing page with matching “SAVE 33%” and $39.99 copy.
- The collected landing pages use the same press bar and customer quote block, and neither shows a sticky CTA in the captured folds.
Google Ads
