Bonkers Corner

CRO Testing Roadmap
September
2026
The brand is visually distinct, but the buying journey tells different offer stories and withholds trust until late. This roadmap makes the promise consistent, brings reassurance into decision moments, and removes costly friction from mobile shopping.
Eight focused moves
Each card shows the customer-facing change and the storefront moment it improves.
One Discount Offer
Paid-traffic landing pages and PDP offer box
Offer-focused traffic arrives with one code or percentage, while the landing page rotates SHARKTANK10, EMI, and UPI savings. The promise disappears at the exact moment the shopper evaluates price. The variation carries one fixed SHARKTANK10 offer from arrival through the PDP.
* One SHARKTANK10 promise remains visible from arrival to product decision. Concept illustration only. Final design will differ.
Mobile Load Speed
Homepage and Product Detail Page
Mobile LCP is 39.0 seconds on the homepage and 49.2 seconds on the PDP, and both Lighthouse runs timed out before completing. Slow rendering undercuts every paid visit and every test that follows. The fix prioritizes the first campaign image and buy box so the shopping surface appears promptly.
* The campaign surface and shopping controls load before secondary scripts and below-fold content. Concept illustration only. Final design will differ.
90-Day Guarantee
Rev It Up Oversized T-shirt PDP
The collected Rev It Up PDP has no guarantee badge, while other observed PDPs place the existing 90-day guarantee directly under price. That makes reassurance depend on which product a shopper opens. The variation brings the same guarantee badge to the standard PDP buy box.
* The existing 90-day guarantee moves directly under price on the standard PDP. Concept illustration only. Final design will differ.
Homepage Trust Strip
The first three homepage folds show campaign photography and Shop Now buttons, while existing shipping and Made in India copy sits much farther down. The opening experience asks imagery to carry all credibility. The variation moves those two existing trust statements directly beneath the first hero.
* Existing Made in India and 48-hour shipping copy moves into the first homepage decision window. Concept illustration only. Final design will differ.
Cart Offer Clarity
Cart drawer
The cart drawer stacks SHARKTANK10, a GOBONKERS15 tier bar, and a prepaid discount beneath Checkout, with no trust statement. Three savings mechanics compete at the last decision point. The variation keeps the tiered cart-value offer and replaces the other messages with the existing 90-day guarantee.
* Competing cart discounts are reduced to the tiered offer, while the 90-day guarantee takes the freed space. Concept illustration only. Final design will differ.
PDP Color Swatches
Rev It Up Oversized T-shirt PDP
The collected standard PDP offers sizes only, while other observed product pages show three to five color swatches beside size. Standard products hide a browsing pattern that already exists elsewhere in the store. The variation adds a clear color row above the size selector and updates the product image when a swatch is chosen.
* A color row joins the existing size selector and changes the product view when selected. Concept illustration only. Final design will differ.
Sticky Add to Cart
All Product Detail Pages
Across every observed PDP, Add to Cart stays inside the initial buy box while fabric and style content continues below. The purchase action leaves view as shoppers explore product details. The variation keeps product, price, and Add to Cart fixed at the bottom after the primary buy box scrolls away.
* Product, price, and Add to Cart remain available while the shopper reads style details. Concept illustration only. Final design will differ.
Category Price Anchor
Homepage category tiles show lifestyle imagery and Shop Now with no price context, while paid search already uses starting-price language. The on-site effect is not yet proven, so this is the roadmap's lowest-confidence test. The variation adds a consistent "Starting at ₹999" anchor without changing the campaign imagery or CTA.
* A starting-price anchor adds context to the existing category imagery and Shop Now action. Concept illustration only. Final design will differ.
Biggest Killers of Conversion Rate
- 01 At least five discount framings appear across acquisition, PDP, and cart, with no single offer staying consistent through the journey.
- 02 Homepage LCP is 39.0 seconds and PDP LCP is 49.2 seconds on mobile. Both Lighthouse runs were too slow to finish.
- 03 The first three homepage folds and the cart drawer show no reviews, guarantee, or shipping reassurance. Guarantee copy also changes between PDPs.

- Observed review counts range from 1 to 12, and every observed Add to Cart remains static inside the buy box.
Google Ads

- The cart drawer combines SHARKTANK10, GOBONKERS15 spend tiers, and a prepaid savings line beneath Checkout. No guarantee, returns, or trust badge is visible.

Competitor Research
- Bonkers Corner sits in the observed ₹999 to ₹2,999 mid-premium D2C streetwear bracket.
