FIT Protection CRO Roadmap
August 2026
Paid traffic arrives with clear expectations around glass protection and exact fit, but the homepage opens with a different problem frame and delays customer proof. The strongest opportunity is a tighter path from traffic intent to fit selection, backed by faster product pages and clearer buyer reassurance.
Eight opportunities
What We Want To Test
Focused tests across the homepage, product page, and cart.
Homepage Hero Message
Page: Homepage
Offer-focused paid traffic frames the risk as windshield damage, while the homepage hero leads with cover retention. Aligning the first message with the concern that brought visitors in creates a clearer path into the fit finder.

RV Configurator Default
Page: Homepage
RV-focused paid traffic currently enters a fit finder preselected for UTV. Removing that category correction can reduce friction at the homepage's primary conversion action.

Fold 1 Customer Proof
Page: Homepage
The first fold relies on LOXX credentials, while the 537+ review signal appears after a full scroll. Bringing documented customer validation closer to the first decision point can strengthen confidence for visitors unfamiliar with LOXX.

PDP Page Speed
Page: Product Detail Pages
The product page scores 51/100, with an 8.7s LCP and 23.9s TTI on mobile. The buying interface remains unavailable long after arrival, making performance a conversion floor issue across product traffic.

Support Contact Visibility
Page: Product Detail Pages
Three separate 1-star reviews cite no phone number, no named contact, or unanswered email as the reason for their rating. A visible human support route near the buy box can answer a repeated trust concern before purchase.
* Concept illustration only. Final design will differ.
International Duty Notice
Page: Product Detail Pages
One buyer reported $183.86 in import tariffs on a $465 order with no advance notice, and no duty disclosure was found on the product page, cart, or checkout. Clear pre-purchase expectations can reduce post-purchase shock for international buyers.

Cart Accessories Cross-Sell
Page: Cart Drawer
The cart offers only the All-LOXX upgrade, while free shipping is already unlocked by the $364 base product. Existing $25 to $39 accessories are absent from the cart, leaving the clearest add-on opportunity unused.
* Concept illustration only. Final design will differ.
Desktop Sticky CTA
Page: Homepage
The configurator is the homepage's only primary action and disappears once desktop visitors scroll into product and education content. A persistent route back to the fit finder can keep the next step available throughout the page.
