Ledisa

Ledisa
October 2026
Ledisa's storefront does not consistently carry the offer, product expectations, and customer proof that bring shoppers to the page. These tests make the purchase easier to understand, with clearer offers, visible reviews, and fewer surprises before checkout.
PDP Offer Block
Offer-focused traffic arrives with a "Buy 2 Get 2 Free" promise, but the buy box uses savings labels. Shoppers must work out whether the offer matches. Test the same offer wording beside the supply choice, with bundle contents confirmed before testing.
PDP Customer Reviews
The PDP shows stars and customer claims without a linked review count, while the collection and Trustpilot carry reviews. The purchase decision lacks a clear route to that proof. Test a linked rating and two short customer quotes near the supply choices; the review source needs confirmation.
Pre-Purchase Order Disclosure
Reviewers describe learning about additional patches after paying. That leaves the original purchase and the wider routine unclear. Test an order summary before Add To Cart that explains the selected supply and optional extras; Ledisa must confirm the protocol wording.
PDP Hero for Life After 50
The after-50 promise leads to a gallery that says "Control Your Cravings. Transform Your Body." The page does not continue that audience-specific message. Test a first-slide headline for life after 50, keeping the product and purchase choices consistent.
Supply and Purchase Plans
Supply cards run 1 / 3 / 2 months, and one-time purchase carries negative shipping notes. Reviews also praise the availability of a one-time purchase. Test ascending supply choices, a per-month price, and neutral shipping copy while keeping One Time Purchase pre-selected and both plans available.
Cart Reward Progress
The cart recommends extra patches but shows no reward threshold or progress indicator. It gives shoppers no visible goal for adding another item. Test reward progress above the existing recommendations; the reward and threshold still need to be set.
First Product View
A scratch-card popup covered the first product view in the audit, but it did not reappear in the later capture or this live check. Confirm its current targeting before scoping the test. If active, delay the scratch card so shoppers see the product first and retain the cookie choices.
Homepage Hero
The captured mobile hero places shopping CTAs on the next fold and has no numeric review rating. The homepage has changed between checks, so the first-screen layout needs a fresh mobile check before testing. Test the existing red hero with a Shop All button and review rating visible together.
Biggest Killers of Conversion Rate
- Offers, product names, and purchase expectations do not line up. Paid-social creative promises Buy 2 Get 2 Free, the PDP uses savings labels, and reviewers describe receiving Berberine when they expected GLP-1 patches.
- Customer proof is missing at the purchase decision. The audit found no PDP review widget or count, despite 4,974 Berberine reviews on the collection and 6,113 reviews on Trustpilot.
- Purchase plans need decoding. The captured supply choices run 1 / 3 / 2 months, while the one-time option carries negative shipping notes and reviewers praise the ability to buy without subscribing.
Data Sources
Audit: October 5, 2026. Sessions, conversion rate, and average order value were not provided.
Meta Ads and Landing Pages
- Paid-social creative promises Buy 2 Get 2 Free. The captured PDP shows SAVE 50% and SAVE 40%, without the same offer label.
- Energy and after-50 messages arrive at a generic Berberine page; the transformation landing folds were not collected.
- A scratch-card popup and cookie banner covered the first product view in one capture. The popup was not reproduced in the later site pass.
Google Ads
- Product naming differs: search headlines and pouch art use GLP-1, while the main PDP sells Berberine Daily Support Patches.
- Search copy promises free shipping. The Berberine PDP one-time plan says No Free Shipping; the search landing pages were not collected.
- Shopping-style cards display the literal placeholder [Price].
Reviews and UGC
- Trustpilot shows 4.3 across 6,113 reviews. Of 72 recent reviews read, 62 were five-star.
- Ordering ease dominates positive feedback. Reviews also praise clear explanations and the one-time purchase option.
- Complaints describe post-purchase messages about needing extra patches, GLP-1 versus Berberine confusion, and subscription charges after cancellation.
- Refund reports mention 30% back or a $20 restocking fee alongside a 90-day money-back guarantee. Most sampled reviews concern ordering, so product-outcome evidence is limited.
Page Speed Insights
- Audit-sourced, October 5, 2026: homepage mobile performance score 0.33, LCP 14.2 s, CLS 0.001.
- The paid-traffic PDP returned HTTP 502 and was not scored. Homepage results cannot be applied to the PDP.
Site Screenshots
- The captured homepage hero has no numeric review rating and places shopping CTAs on fold 2 at 390px.
- The captured PDP puts the guarantee below Add To Cart and uses customer claims without a review list or widget.
- The captured cart shows Dopamine and Energy patches at €38,96 each, with no visible shipping threshold or progress bar. Live, the same block lists six patches at €38,90 each: Dopamine, Energy, Focus, NAD+, Recovery, and Relax.
Live Site Review
- One Time Purchase is pre-selected. Three months costs €78,66 (was €92,55) live in the EU; USD $86.85 still matches. The audit screenshot showed €78,78.
- Both audit views agree that one-time purchase has no free shipping and subscription includes free shipping on the first order.
- No sticky Add To Cart bar was seen live. The $24.94 / $56.00 text belongs to the main Add To Cart button in page source, not a sticky component.
- The rendered homepage shows Shop All and Shop Berberine Patches. Shop GLP-1 Patches remains in source but did not render. The PDP still has no review widget or count.
Competitor Research
- Ledisa's 1-month one-time purchase is $42.95 in the USD source or €38,90 live in the EU. $24.94 is a per-pack display figure, so it does not establish parity with the reported $20-30 competitor pack range; competitor prices remain unverified.
- The one-time purchase option is a Ledisa differentiator in the sampled reviews.
Social and Community Research
- No independent social evidence or engagement figures were collected. Fallback findings repeat Trustpilot themes rather than corroborating them.
