Perifit growth audit
PerifitOctober 2026
Five moves around Perifit Care+, the $199 trainer that 10 of 15 US ads send traffic to.
- Sell value, not 20% off: Care+ has shown 20% off in every check for 12 months, plus a 25% wheel.
- HSA/FSA that clears at checkout: the page says eligible, then asks for a doctor's letter in 5 steps.
- Three ways to buy Care+: one price today; a kit at a proposed $189 and the Postpartum Pack+ above it.
- One page per ad angle: postpartum, sport and prevention ads all land on '5-min games'.
- Trim the tag stack: Tag Manager takes 1,065 ms on mobile and one tag fails on every product page.
The moves
Full price, more in the box
Where: Perifit Care+ product page
- 20% off Care+ in every check across 12 months, from Oct 2025 to today
- A 25% first-order wheel on top of the 20%, so the price reads as negotiable
- What $199 includes sits in a closed accordion; the pouch is extra at $19.99
- Itemise what $199 buys: pouch free, leak plan guide, 100 days, 5-year battery
- Variation 1 adds the stack at $159.20; variation 2 sells the stack at $199, no code
- Read on profit per visitor against today's $159.20 with PERIFIT20
Care+ has been 20% off for a year. Test selling the full $199 with more in the box.

HSA/FSA checkout without the paperwork
Where: Care+ product page and checkout
- The Care+ page promises HSA/FSA eligible right under the price
- Checkout offers card or PayPal only, with no HSA/FSA path
- If the card is declined, the store's page asks for a doctor's letter: 5 steps
- Add 'Pay with HSA/FSA' to the Care+ buy box and checkout
- A short online health survey; a licensed clinician issues the letter
- Year-end landing page for FSA balances that expire, sent to email and Meta
The page says HSA/FSA eligible. Checkout then needs a doctor's letter. Put the letter in checkout.

Three ways to buy Care+
Where: Perifit Care+ product page
- Care+ is one price, one button; the only add-on shown is the $19.99 pouch
- The cart suggests a second, cheaper trainer to someone who just chose Care+
- Postpartum Pack+ ($289.60) exists but never appears on the Care+ page
- Three cards in the buy box: Care+, Care+ Kit, Postpartum Pack+
- Kit = Care+, Pearls and Travel Pouch at a proposed $189, kit pre-selected
- Swap the second-trainer cart suggestion for the kit upgrade
Every Care+ buyer gets one price and one button. The kit and the postpartum pack already exist.
Proposed, not measured: Kit price $189 is a proposal under the $209.18 separate total (Care+ $159.20, Pearls $29.99, pouch $19.99).

One landing page per ad angle
Where: New angle pages for Meta traffic
- 10 of 15 US ads send every angle to the same Care+ page
- Postpartum, sport and prevention ads land on 'Stop leaks in weeks with 5-min games'
- Ads say 700,000 and 1,000,000 women; the homepage says 750,000+
- Three pages: After baby, Leaks when you run, Start before it starts
- Each opens on the ad's angle, a matching review, then the Care+ buy box
- Split Meta traffic per angle: page vs PDP, and settle one customer count
The ads find the new mom and the runner. Both land on the same 'Stop leaks with 5-min games' page.
Concept illustration only. The review is a real Care+ review from the product page.
Trim the tag stack on mobile
Where: Homepage and Care+ page
- Real Chrome users pass today, but the mobile lab score is 30 on home
- 2,686 ms of blocking time; Tag Manager alone takes 1,065 ms
- 62 third-party hosts, and the AppLovin call fails on every product page load
- Send pixels through Elevar server-side, drop the browser duplicates
- Remove the failing AppLovin tag; load Intercom only when tapped
- Audit logr-in.com and every tag with no owner
Tag Manager alone uses more than a second of phone time, and one tag fails on every product page load.

Five at-home pelvic floor brands that sell direct in the US, checked on 13 Oct 2026.
Where nobody is yet- HSA/FSA that clears at checkout. Perifit, Yarlap and Elitone say eligible; none issues the doctor's letter inside checkout.
- A Kegel kit priced against its parts. Elitone ladders its device in three tiers; no app trainer sells a priced kit.
- The longest guarantee as the headline. 100 days against 60 or less, while the Elvie Trainer shows sold out.
