Poupette St Barth

Conversion Testing Roadmap

September
2026

Poupette St Barth pairs a strong visual identity with a shopping journey that separates trust and value from key purchase moments. This roadmap brings those signals closer to the decision while improving the speed and continuity of the experience.

Testing Roadmap

Eight focused experiments across product detail pages, paid landing experiences, collection browsing, and the homepage.

Slot 1 A/B Test

PDP Review Rating

Product Detail Page

The captured buy box shows no review rating or count across the product page. Visitors reach the price and purchase action without customer proof. The variation adds a live star rating and review count beneath the product title.

A live rating and review count appear between the product title and price. Concept illustration only. Final design will differ.

Slot 2 A/B Test

PDP Purchase Reassurance

Product Detail Page

The sitewide reassurance bar already communicates free delivery, secure payment, and simple returns, but the trio is not attached directly to the PDP purchase action. The connection can be missed at the exact decision point. The variation repeats those existing messages directly beneath Add to Cart.

Free shipping, secured payment, and simple returns move directly beneath Add to Cart. Concept illustration only. Final design will differ.

Slot 3 A/B Test

Paid Landing Page Message Match

Paid Social Search Results Landing Page

Resort-wear paid traffic arrives on a search page for "sasha" with filters and 9 results, but no Saint Barth or resort-wear headline above them. The first screen feels disconnected from the reason for the visit. The variation opens with "Bring a little Saint Barth wherever you are" and a campaign image before the existing search results.

The paid promise becomes the first message, while the existing product results remain below. Concept illustration only. Final design will differ.

Slot 4 A/B Test

PDP Load Experience

Product Detail Page

The audited product page records an 18.1-second LCP and 23.3-second Time to Interactive on mobile. The buying experience appears too late. The variation shows the primary product image and buy box first, with lower content following afterward.

The primary dress image and buy box become visible before lower-page content. Concept illustration only. Final design will differ.

Slot 5 A/B Test

Homepage Load Experience

Homepage

The audit records a 13.7-second LCP and 17.1-second Time to Interactive on mobile. The first campaign moment takes too long to arrive. The variation keeps the same hero, "Les pièces essentielles" headline, and "Découvrir" link, but makes that first screen visible sooner.

The existing campaign hero becomes the first complete visual moment. Concept illustration only. Final design will differ.

Slot 6 A/B Test

Collection Newsletter Offer

New Collection

The live French New Collection page shows 20 products with single prices and no offer badges, while the announcement bar promotes 10% off the first order after newsletter signup. The value message disappears during product scanning. The variation carries that newsletter-gated offer onto each product tile.

The newsletter-gated first-order offer becomes visible on every collection tile. Concept illustration only. Final design will differ.

Slot 7 A/B Test

Sticky Add to Cart Reassurance

Product Detail Page

The live PDP already reveals a sticky bar with the product, size, price, and Add to Cart after the main button scrolls away. The action stays available, but the sitewide reassurance is separated from it. The variation adds a compact delivery, payment, and returns line inside the existing sticky experience.

The existing sticky purchase bar gains the store's delivery, payment, and returns reassurance. Concept illustration only. Final design will differ.

Slot 8 A/B Test

Homepage Hero Offer

Homepage

The live French hero shows "Les pièces essentielles" and a "Découvrir" link to the sale collection, but no product, price, or newsletter offer. The visual is strong, yet the buying reason stays generic. The variation adds a featured style, its current US$350.00 session price, and the newsletter-gated first-order offer beneath the headline.

A featured style, price, and first-order offer turn the hero into a specific shopping invitation. Concept illustration only. Final design will differ.

Biggest Killers of Conversion Rate

  1. 01

    Trust is separated from purchase

The PDP still has no review rating or count. Delivery, payment, and returns reassurance exists in a sitewide bar, but is not attached directly to the buy box or sticky purchase action.

  2. 02

    Mobile pages load too slowly

The homepage and PDP both miss the good LCP threshold by a wide margin. The PDP is the more severe experience, with an 18.1-second LCP and 23.3-second Time to Interactive.

  3. 03

The paid promise breaks at arrival

General resort-wear creative leads into a raw search-results page for "sasha." The destination opens with search controls and filters instead of the message that earned the visit.

  • 01 Paid-social creative uses hand-made, limited-run, general resort-wear, and Sasha best-seller stories.
  • 02 General resort-wear traffic lands on a search-results page for "sasha" with 9 results and filters, but no Saint Barth or resort-wear headline above them.
  • 03 Other paid-social landing pages were not collected, so their message match remains unconfirmed.

Google Ads

  • 01 Creative centers on "Iconic Prints, Timeless Cuts," seasonal collections, and a girls' clothing line.
  • 02 Offers include free worldwide shipping, easy returns, and 10% off a first order.

[ WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY ]

At Performance Golf we have worked with dozens of agencies. We are a nine figure brand and growing and our agency experiences, let's just say they haven't been that great, but Convertibles has completely flipped that on its head.

Have thoroughly enjoyed working with the team. The process has been smooth sailing, the weekly updates are excellent and we have seen month on month growth in both conversion rate and sales since beginning to work together. Further, the team are also very happy to help if there are any little bugs etc and go above and beyond to deliver a great experience for our brand and our customers!

We needed a very high conversion landing page for mostly cold, some semi warm traffic coming primarily off of social. I had heard about Convertibles, decided to give them a try. They knocked it out of the park. There is so much strategy they pour into every step of the process. I learned a ton as we went. They made it fun, easy and the site is performing way better than I was expecting or hoping. So thank you guys. Can't wait for the next one.
