Executive Summary

June scales the test program across discovery and the checkout. The headline build is a Printfresh product discovery quiz that spans two slots and then runs as an A/B test. Around it we'll trial videos on collection pages and a new round of checkout upsell logic. Two smaller bonus concepts on the desktop PDP scroll behavior and express checkout in the cart drawer ship during the quiz build.

Apparel + Pajama Collections

Inspired by Faherty's best-sellers grid, where video tiles sit inline with product cards. Printfresh has strong product video assets that the current collection grid does not surface. We'll run two separate tests, one on the apparel collection and one on pajamas. Each compares the current static grid against an inline-video grid and against a shoppable video tile in the Faherty pattern.

Over 78,000 site searches in 30 days are dominated by print names: Cat, Bagheera, Mahjong, Bagel, Caviar. New visitors have no efficient way to navigate a high-SKU catalog. The brand already maps prints to lifestyle personas in email marketing. We'll build a quiz that translates that into a shoppable on-site experience. The build spans two slots, then runs as an A/B test against the current discovery flow.

Checkout

The current checkout test runs four upsell variations using Intelligems' in-checkout module. Checkout upsells are an iterative surface: the winning combination of placement, product, and price only emerges after several rounds. This slot reserves the next round of upsell-logic ideas.

Desktop PDP Scroll Fix

Product Page, Desktop

On the desktop PDP today, the left-hand gallery captures the scroll. The right-hand product information stays locked until the gallery has scrolled through every image. This is friction in the desktop reading flow, especially on long PDPs with many gallery shots. We'll test removing the gallery scroll-lock so page scroll works normally from anywhere on the page.

Express Checkout in Cart Drawer

Cart Drawer

The cart drawer currently routes shoppers to the full checkout. Adding Shop Pay and PayPal express checkout buttons inside the drawer lets returning shoppers skip the checkout form entirely. This is a well-validated pattern on Shopify and a direct shortcut to purchase. The test compares the current drawer against a drawer with an Express Checkout row above the standard checkout button.
